I've read: 1, 2, 4 and just last weekend I got a copy of Persuasion which I hope I'll get to read very soon:)
ReplyDeleteOkay, so I have a confession to make....I've never read any of them! I know...that's a terrible thing, but I will. I've got Emma and it's actually next on my reading list.
ReplyDeleteMs. Lucy- Wow, that's a good start!
ReplyDeleteAnita- I think you'll like Emma. Let us know after you finish.
ReplyDeleteI have read them all.Loved all of her books though Pride And Prejudice and Mansfield Park are more dearer to me.Best loved character would be Emma
ReplyDeleteShona- What a Jane Austen fan you must be! And I'm impressed that you have read ALL of them!!!
ReplyDelete:) Ya ..You know it started out as a competition in school as to who reads the Pride And Prejudice first.I won that silly competition but got hooked to Austen for life :)Have re read them too.How many have you read?
ReplyDeleteshonasbookshelf- I've read all of them and once was a member of The Jane Austen Society of North American. I'm considering joining again.
ReplyDeleteThat's nice.Have you read any of the sequels ?I couldn't get myself to read any as they might have ruined my fav characters for life.
ReplyDeleteshonasbookshelf- I haven't read them, but intend to very soon.
ReplyDeleteI've read four of them (P&P, Mansfield Park, Northanger Abbey and Persuasion) and have loved them all but I think my favorite might have been Persuasion. There was just something about that one that I connected with.
ReplyDeleteKristen- I agree. Good choice!
ReplyDeleteI've read only three of them Emma, Pride and prejudice and Sence and Sencibility. And though i love them all i have to say that Pride and Prejudice is my favourite by far. I hope to read the rest as soon as i can but i don't thin i'll change my preference.
